    We got a leaflet through our letter box which said they sold interior doors, we need 2 so I emailed asking for some details. The replies were a bit slow but I was eventually told they are a trade only supplier. Seems like a waste of paper putting leaflets through residential doors.

    customer service is nil - they were originally MFI if I had known that would not have gone near. Be careful, they offer a planning service but unfortunately get their measurements wrong and do not supply the correct goods but they are allowed to do that as they only deal with the kitchen fitter!!!
