    BKB left us with a kitchen that deteriorated very quickly and the flooring fitted lifting off the floor. They did fix some of the problems but the problems just kept on happening to the point Russ was insistent we had a flood and this is what was causing the damage and I quote β€œsomeone had become some what distracted and let the sink overflow”. The quality of the kitchen was poor the flooring fitted badly and incorrectly. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

    After shopping around for a new kitchen we finally decided to go with BKB by Springmill. What sold it for us was Russell and his knowledge. This guy is in his 80s and has been in the selling of kitchens for over 50 years. He is local and knows his customer base. He knows the houses in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area and knows just what is needed to make a good job even better. Adrian the fitter was a great all-round guy. He’s one of these rare people who go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. He and his oppo Jack got stuck straight in and finished the job in just a few days. Everything fitted well, with no mishaps or errors. We would strongly recommend BKB by Springmill.

    I can say nothing but praise for Russell and his team. Adrian the installer was experienced, flexible and very suggestive for any deviations that occurred. We have a fantastic en-suite and main bathroom that we have been delaying for years. We would not hesitate to recommend them all, thank you Russell, Brian and Sheila Hollins, Endon.

    An Honest Review. Please Read. BKB are a small family business. After chatting to Russell we were so expecting a great experience. They use a great plasterer, thank you Chris. 50% deposit paid plus another 40% paid on start date. The kitchen installatiion tookΒ  6 weeks. It was a terrible experience, very poor workmanship. Tools and rubble left on an unprotected new work surface. Door handle, sockets and many doors got scratched and damaged. Wrong coloured material was used when they ran out. All damaged doors made by the fitter were after 6 weeks finallyΒ  replaced. An electric oven was installed instead of gas. Still not screwed in. Wrong flooring ordered so worktop colour had to be changed. Flooring layed is out of sync. A green crayon and pen were used to colour in a knock on a door, this is shocking and so unprofessional. What we found more alarming is all the electrics blew in the house, due to the fitter doing some electrics. Which we have since been told is illegal as he isn't a qualified electrician. We have now been left with wires hanging out of the ceiling and an extractor fan not wired up as theirΒ  electrician didn't turn up for the 3rd time. This company and installation has been the most stressful I have ever experienced. Still finding faults each day. I've shed many tears thanks to BKB Before you agree to go with this company, Please Please Think Twice. Go with a proper company, don't go through what we have. See photos.

    Knowledgeable and helpful, no hard sell or pushy salesmen just good advice and good service. The kitchen arrived when they said it would, the job was completed in the timescale given and I am very pleased with the results.

    Excellent experience. Russ was great to deal with from start to finish. The kitchen he provided was high quality, he was flexible when changes were required, nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond to provide the kitchen we wanted.     Today, after more than 30 years service one of the hinges on one of my cabinets failed. After some thought and trawling the internet I made the decision to return to the company who built my kitchen all those years ago. On arrival we were greeted by Jason who incidentally is the son of the founder of the company, I explained that a hinge had failed after such sterling service and asked what was the best way forward? I fully expected to pay a charge for the replacement hinges but Jason insisted that the failure should not have occurred and supplied and fitted the hinges free of charge. He explained in depth the method of refitting the door to the cabinet and we returned home to easily replace and adjust the door With all the help Jason gave us and the undoubted quality of the product that Springmill Kitchens provide all those years ago I cannot help but endorse the company and recommend them to anyone .Thank you so very much Jason.
