   Very poor basic service items ordered taken 2 months to arrive,then are wrong. Replaced within 12 hrs with correct items but order incomplete. Refund for parts not supplied agreed but still not received 3 weeks later. Mr James appears only to work part time and not do very much when in .22 emails so far ,and this is belts and filters, not complicated stuff

   The most dreadful service ever. I ordered a part from a gentlemen in the Romsey office. I paid roughly £10 for a next day delivery as we needed the part urgently. I was promised by the representative that I would receive this the following day. The next day at 3pm I had not received anything nor did I have a tracking number. I called to chase the delivery as I was waiting in the office especially for this part which I explained to the Romsey office on 2 occasions. Both times they promised someone would come back to me to update me on where my delivery was. Disappointingly no one called back and at 5:30 pm I called again. Everyone had gone home for the day. I am still awaiting the parcel and its now midday on Monday - nobody has even called to let me know what is going on! I would steer very clear of a company that do not communicate!
