Keta is so friendly and very professional. She is very knowledgeable about products and has an eye for detail . Very thorough and she is a perfectionist so my nails are always perfect . The other girls are lovely and salon is always clean and tidy even when they are busy . Highly recommend the Bracknell salon
Serenity in Bracknell is definitely a place that I will be returning to now. I've had two pedicures there, the second one was today and my feet feel amazing and look amazing. I also landed up asking to have an eyebrow tint and shape. I am so happy with The outcome of both. The price I paid was worth every penny and they are not expensive. This is definitely my go to place to treat myself now. I'm also going to look into massages and facials to have done there
Booking very straightforward. Treatment commenced on time. Treatment (male back wax) delivered expertly with minimum pain or discomfort. All staff very friendly. Salon is a little basic and tired but this does not detract from the quality of the treatment and service delivered.
Really lovely experience for my daughter and I, she had her fingers and toes filed and painted and I had a deluxe shellac pedicure. The therapist was really kind and knowledgeable and we were both very happy with the results. Many thanks!
Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure. The ladies at Bracknell salon are so friendly and efficient. Its always such an enjoyable experience. My nails look great. Would highly recommend.
So impressed with just how friendly and professional everyone who worked here was. My waxer was kind and considerate, always checking in and letting me know the process every step of the way. A lot of time and effort was put into making sure I was happy with the results - and I truly am very very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!!
I went this evening with my 9 year old daughter after trying several other places, thankfully we walked away and ended up in Serenity. My daughter had just polish but they also added a pretty design and I had shellac. Really lovely atmosphere, very accommodating ladies. And the smell didn’t burn your eyes! Exactly the experience I was hoping for.
I contacted Serenity beauty last week to see if they could help me with my eyelash extensions before holiday (I have never had these done before). I was asked to come in for a patch test and booked in for an appt a few days later. I LOVE my lashes, all the ladies were so friendly and whilst in the chair I asked if I could have my eyebrows tinted too- which they were so happy to do! I will definitely be going back- such a good find! Thank you ladies x
I felt told off for booking an appointment at 9:15 for waxing even though I didn’t choose my time, it was offered to me when I booked online. However the service was good and I was promptly seen to for eyebrow threading. The lady who worked on me was lovely and I felt comfortable. I am also pleased with results.
