I had the bacon and sausage roll, which was in a toasted brioche roll, the sausages were good but it was the bacon that stood out, crispy but not too hard. I also has a raspberry doughnut which had a very slight hint of rose. The top had cream cheese and the centre was filled with a great raspberry jam. Only slight grumble was that I got the doughnut on a Sunday and I think it might have been made on Saturday as it was slightly stale. But I could tell it would have been amazing.

I came here for a relaxing coffee and bacon roll with my 8yo. I was met with impatient staff at the till. I was subjected to what seems to be a profit first allocated seating policy, but I sat at a different, more comfortable empty seat. It was 9:15am and most seats were free. Staff made a fuss and I was told I was at the wrong seat and you 'can't do that' with the expectation I would need to move back to my allocated seat. So much for a relaxing coffee. This resulted in conflict with staff. Jeez, CHILL OUT Figment!! Then the manager was over (but she was nice). It looks to me like Figment have strict 'sit here', 'don't sit there' nonsense seating polices, that immediately ruins the experience. As I explained to staff it felt more like breakfast at the Third Reich HQ. I arrived relaxed, and left stressed. And the coffees are tiny.

First time visit and can't wait to return. Food was so delicious. Portion sizes were very good to almost too much. Very filling but so tasty. Very fresh tasting and drinks were excellent as well. Atmosphere was very clean, friendly and welcoming. I totally recommend this place for a brunch or coffee and cake or ice cream. It wasn't cheap but average for prices these days and the quality of everything was excellent.

Hidden gem, great coffee, great cheesecake! Make sure you go early on Sundays as otherwise you’ll be in the queue to place your order. The less positive; no cash payments, staff friendly but a bit pushy after you’ve finished your order to either order again or get you out the door

A lovely place with REALLY good coffee and cake. Shakshuka we had tasted below average, should have ordered one of the toasts as they looked better. The staff were lovely and there were plenty of tables. Definitely has a family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our visit however coffee and cake are its strength. Staff were open to feedback (shakshuka eggs are supposed to be poached) and again really lovely which made a big impact. Gluten free options available and would definitely recommend

Went in with my wife, had one of the best brunches I’ve had. The coffee from this place alone is spectacular, I had the sourdough avocado (couldn’t wait to eat it before I got a picture). The hands down best thing were the fries, it’s easy to do fries it’s hard to perfect. They were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluff on the inside! Lovely atmosphere and staff.

Lovely cafe with great coffee and fantastic interior design. It was a bit chilly to be comfortable, but that may have been because we came in first thing in the morning. Although, we were in the cafe for a while and felt colder as the day went on. A lovely cafe, great job!

Never have a bad experience here. Food is always incredible and the menu changes with the seasons, home of the best cinnamon buns in Aberdeen (trust me, I’ve tried most of them), and there’s a great selection of drinks all in a friendly, welcoming cafe style setting.

Nice brunch (light servings). Finally a decent coffee in Aberdeen! Cakes were enormous - very fair for the price. One of the poached eggs was a little bit overdone, and the (spicy) tomato hollandaise overpowered the taste of the eggs, but otherwise everything was lovely.

Discovered Figment just before lockdown, so until today have only had the odd take away coffee (which is really good). Today however we decided to sit in and have some lunch... We were lucky because we pretty much got the last table. Ordered at the counter and drinks came swiftly, the food took a little longer but still in good time. The food was lovely! We all had something different and I can't fault any of it... There's always the danger when you do something a little different that you can miss the mark... Figment definitely didn't miss the mark! Can't wait to go back.
