   Soups looked nice online so travelled specifically for that. Unfortunately no soup available Staff seemed very pleasant and placed was very nice. But not a positive experience to travel for soup and none there. Pro tip. Make more soup

   Been going here for years and the quality has never wavered! Food is always delicious and served quickly. I would highly recommend the wide range of delicious homemade tray bakes - definitely something there for everyone! Gwen and her fabulous team are so kind and helpful, and make the experience that much more enjoyable! Thyme out is the perfect place for a quick coffee or a yummy meal so would definitely recommend you stop by!

   Found this place as we didn't have breakfast in our hotel. Spacious cafe, nice that the tables weren't packed in. Reasonable selection of cakes, would like to have seen prices. Cooked breakfast was ok, have had worse and had better. Accomadating as I asked for toast which wasn't on the menu, £3.60 for 2 slices with butter. Americano was ok. Tea was ok, noted when we asked for the receipt that it was 60p for extra hot water. Staff nice.

   Excellent cafe, got a full breakfast and pot of tea. Polite and efficient staff in a welcoming atmosphere. Food was good and was good value. Staff allergy aware and one of the first questions asked. Great to see this level of allergy awareness.

   Booked a table for lunch before we went to the Tivoli panto. My Mum quickly decided on the beef olives special, I chose one of the soups of the dat with a panini & my daughter had the chicken fillets. All our food tasted amazing & the staff are just so nice. We have been many a time and will definitely be back! X

   The cafe is particularly clean and very spacious. Lunch was really lovely, so we then ordered pots of tea and cakes. Unfortunately 10 minutes after we ordered them, we were told they needed our table. By then we had only been in for 1 hour and 12 minutes. There was no mention of this when we booked the table, when we arrived or when they took the order for our teas and cakes! Really disappointed by this as if we’d known we would have gone elsewhere for it.

   The restaurant was spotless, and the staff marvellously did their job. I had macaroni and cheese; it was indeed lovely tasty food. The team that served me were knowledgeable. I had all I ordered, their excellent service and a welcoming attitude. I recommend this restaurant to anyone needing a good meal experience and respect.
