Got the wrong battery by mistake, tried to fit, store promptly replaced for free with the correct one, no quibbles.
Same issue, owner will definitely charge you for parking, if you leave the shop you have to move the car straight away. Even if you visit the shop next to it and there's pleanty of empty parking spaces.
Avoid this place – terrible customer service and unfair treatment. I visited Spartan with my children, coming from Lichfield, to buy a car part. We entered the shop, spoke with the owner, and discussed the part. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fit it to my car. I briefly stepped next door to buy something else, and later received a £100 parking fine for “abusing patron parking.” Even though I was a genuine customer, they refused to acknowledge my visit. CCTV clearly shows I was inside the shop, but they still issued the fine. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed no respect for customers. They said “sorry” but still took my money. If they don’t have the part, that’s not the customer’s fault. Instead of helping, they punished me for stepping out for a few minutes. This is not how you treat people. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place 100%. They’ve lost a customer for life.

Very misleading signage claiming free fitting of bulbs. Staff seem almost proud to point out that the sign says "subject to staff availability". Three members of staff available, but they wouldn't do it. I was told that this is not a service offered. So their sign is lying. Avoid these con men.
It could be argued that Euro parts is cheaper, but after they've given you the wrong part and you've had to take it back is it? Spartan have always sorted the correct spares for me, the lads are really helpful.
Been trying to find a half-decent match for an obscure paint code for some time. The guys here (Lichfield branch) mixed it for me in 10 minutes. Got home and checked the match and it is absolutely spot on. Saw several customers come in while I was waiting and their service seems consistently helpful and friendly.
