    Ā£ 2.20 for a "regular americano" no sugar no milk offered , tastes as it looks, dirty mopbucket water. The bacon rolls are alright but if you want any kind of sauce you have to pay for it . Overpriced and overrated , but I guess they can do it due to where they are placed and lack of concurrence.

    100% certain the mocha and flat white I just bought contained no coffee. Coffee beans might have been finished. Only realised once back at maternity hospital.

    So I was having a snack in Aroma cafe in ARI Aberdeen, a cafe staff walked up to me and asked if I bought something from the cafe and I said I got the snack from the Aroma cafe in front and the next comment i heard was ..... "this is because there are PAYING CUSTOMERS waiting to get a seat". (Note there were 3 empty seats on the table where i sat). And she walked away headed to where other staff were and pointing at me and customers staring at my direction. I have never felt bad been spoken to in that manner maybe because I am a foreigner because there were empty seats and some people had nothing in front of them. It's such a sad experience. I took my leave immediately and I don't think I may visit ANY Aroma cafe again.

    Absolutely terrible. Two days running. Order wasn't heated ( she forgot about it). Overpriced and rubbish!

    Barely drinkable coffee. Low quality toastie Not cheap. Update 2 Sept 2025 Needed food, been up since 6am., never again Ā£6.35 for a small plate of warm, not hot, chilli chicken and chips, and Ā£3.15 for a latte.

    Was in here for lunch I took a mouthful of my sandwich to find a plastic piece about 1inch plus , I told a staff member who didn't apologise I said you'd better take rest off shelf , which didn't happen, I did receive the sandwich price back which I think is disgusting!!! What woukdve happened if this was a vulnerable person!!!! Got email address but doesn't work so Victoria Pigot contact me!!!

    Well priced coffee and no issues at all with it, loyalty cards also. I would say some of the food definitely seems overpriced, such as the packaged pancake being over Ā£1.

    Staff were lovely. We had sandwiches, but they were delicious. Generous amounts of filling, the double shortbread and lemon cake were an added bonus. Coffee was also great. Overall excellent experience.

    Excellent customer service and good quality hot beverages. Heather was so friendly & warm. I found myself having a very lovely (& quite unexpected I must say) exchange when I picked up some drinks for myself & my grandfather who I was visiting.
