   My nails came out looking cute with the design I got, but the lady doing my nails was very stand-off-ish the whole time. It just seemed like she was bored and would rather be doing anything else with her time. Nothing against the shop as a whole, just the lady who did my nails. Also while cutting them to length, she did the length I wanted but then made them so much shorter with shaping and whilst shaping, she cut every single one of my fingers without fail. I was in pain and bleeding by the end of it and it affected my driving on the way home. Will not be going back and I do not recommend.

   I came here to get my nails done. And they struggled to specify how to pay. one worker said cash, other worker said bank transfer. Other worker said both. Very confusing. I arrive and I get sat down. I show the nail tech what I want which was a long almond nail in a natural nude colour so it looks like my nail but better. Girl?! Half my nails are uneven in shape and angles and bumpy. He split the tips of my nails in half “for the shape” I’m guessing which I was expecting to just be filed down. And then gave me a bright pink glossy nail. When all my photos showed a Matte nude. And when I asked if he had a polish that could make it better for me he just cut me off and said no. Then I paid £38 for ugly,wonky,bumpy nails. Came in wanting matte nude almond shaped nails. Left with glossy pink stilettos. Absolute rip off. I’d recommend the nail place next door. And I’ve never been there

   I went in yesterday and had SNS on my own fingernails, but last night they started to split and cracking!! I can't go back and change them as away this weekend. Please can COCO answer me on what i can do?? The staff thought it was ok to go on there phones sat infront of the customers while waiting for the polish to soak off.

   I had yet another disappointing experience at this nail shop. It seems like no matter how many times I give them a chance, I always leave feeling dissatisfied. The quality of their work is abysmal – it's like they let a child play with nail polish and call it a manicure/pedicure . But what's even worse is the underlying atmosphere of racism in there. As the only black woman in the shop (most times), I constantly feel like I'm being stared down by the staff, who quickly avert their eyes when caught. Whenever I ask for a mistake to be corrected, they complain about it in their own language right in front of me, which is incredibly rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, I recently had a racist encounter with a white customer who felt entitled to butt into MY conversation with the nail tech about how I wanted my nails done. The staff did nothing to diffuse the situation, and instead, everyone seemed to enjoy watching me squirm uncomfortably. And let's not forget about the rushed and aggressive procedures that often result in blood being drawn. When I ask them to stop because they're causing me pain, they react with huffing, puffing, and annoyance instead of showing any willingness to improve. I only come here when my regular nail tech is unavailable, but every visit is a regrettable waste of money (the pictures say it all). I will not be returning, and I'll be sure to warn everyone I know to steer clear of this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

   Found my go to nail bar. Aesthetics are lovely and they also do great acrylics and full spa pedicure. You can also park at the peel centre for free which is an added bonus

   Terrible customer service, this is the 3rd time I have been to this salon and not only did they start doing my nails wrong but when I corrected them and pointed out what colour/style nails I wanted I was then confronted with rudeness and them trying to convince me to get something I didn't ask for. An apology for making a mistake goes a long way. There are other nail salons who deliver a much better customer service which you should go to over this one.

   Had a pedicure and asked specifically for normal polish so I could take it off at home. I was initially happy with the result however when I used my remover (which contains acetone), only the top coat would come off. I went back for removal and was charged £4 which although disappointed, I paid without questioning. A few days later almost all of my nails had split. I assume the electric filing to remove the polish had left my nails weak. Now after 1 month of growth you can visibly see the extent of the filing as I have clear and deep indentations on all my nails. Really disappointed an experienced salon would leave my nails split & needing repair like this. My first and last experience of Coco Nails
