Whilst having a pedicure I was asked if I wanted a manicure. Worst I’ve had. Nails cut unevenly, grooves not smoothed out, nails sharp and had to file off while in there. Got home to find heels rough and cracked. Will never use them again and suggest everyone steers clear. Total rip off.
I love this place! I have been going every couple of weeks for the past two years and they have always been super friendly, warm, welcoming and their manicures and pedicures are always brilliant. I would highly recommend!
Had my nails done today staff are friendly however nails were awful the black tips were uneven and the shape not done properly I wish I’d said something in the salon instead I now feel robbed of my money and had to go elsewhere to have them redone
Unfortunately I was very unlucky with this salon and 2 people I recommended it to have tried it a few times to never return. They seem to rush through their customers so much that on a few ocassions they forgot or skipped through the steps in the treatment.The very 1st time I walked out with shellac that were not fully dry as they were not sure if lamp was working properly. I noticed it after I left the salon by observing particles sticking to it.I called back, but it was too late to return that day and it left bad 1st impression.From then on it was a series of injuries to my skin each time, bleeding and using the most awful solution to stop it.Quality of shellac was not very durable as it never lasted for 2 weeks. I found myself in pain under the lamp, which never happened before and one time i tried acrylics my nail split vertically in the middle after removal. To end the series of unfortunate experiences I had an injury to my big toe that left such a deep dent with the blade, it's taken months to heal and still left me with a mark. Needless to say not only it restricted me on holiday as salt water, sand, pool water only aggrevated the wound, but even wearing trainers was impossible for a while afterwards.When I contacted them regarding the injury with pictures, the reaction was nothing more than "oh sorry won't happen again". I needlessly gave them too many chances to get it right.I haven't been there since.
I found this place near the hotel I was at. They were able to fit me in and did a fab job! I would highly recommend.
Friendliest nail salon you'll ever go to, and such skills from the nail technicians. They can do anything you ask, and they offer great advice. Love them.
I came across Just Nails doing a quick Google search and glad I did as I needed my nails done urgently. They are very friendly and did a great job. They helped try to find the best colour I was after and nails were done well and very reasonably priced too. Just one thing to note is make sure you take cash to make payment.
