   I went to this nail shop today for a pedicure, and I left feeling completely disappointed. My feet were actually worse when I walked out than when I walked in. When the lady finished, I pointed out that the back of my heel was still dry and crusty, even after the pedicure. That is basic pedicure work. Her response was that they “didn’t have the tools” to scrub my heel — yet they still charged me full price. I paid £45 for a service that was not done properly. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to fix what should have been done in the first place. That is unacceptable and feels like outright robbery. If you know you can’t complete the service, you should not take someone’s money as if you did. A person with integrity would have offered a partial refund immediately. But you know what — I serve the King of all kings and the Lord of all Lords,who sees everything. I won’t curse anyone, but I will say this: the £45 you took from me will not bring you any blessing, because it was taken without honesty or fairness. I would never treat another person the way I was treated today. God bless you, and I pray you find Jesus and learn to treat people with honesty before it’s too late.

   i always get my eyebrows threaded here and they are such lovely ladies. I’m a teenager and they treat me just as they treat any other customer unlike other shops. My eyebrows always look so good after and their prices are very good. My favourite place to get my eyebrows done!

   Absolutely fantastic service would definitely recommend. I happened to walk past the shop by chance today as was reluctant to try someone new as I have been going to the same place for years. My beauty therapist was Jenny, I could not praise her enough, she was friendly and gentle. I got a lip, chin & nose wax. I also got eyebrow threading. I am VERY particular with how my eyebrows done but Jenny did an amazing job. I was with my two boys, staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also like how you can pay by contactless payment. Will definitely be returning.

   The staff are inconsistent regarding pricing and always trying to charge more for same service when mentioned they become rude and argumentative.Being threaded is not requiring a product needing waste other than a bit of thread so not happy they charge what they choose being different all the time and staff really have not a clue regarding customer service please be careful as to how your money is spent

Jeni is lovely and always greeting everyone with a smile. She's been doing my eyebrows for years now and I wouldn't let anyone else touch them! Simply an amazing person offering amazing results. I would definitely recommend Serenity :).

   I have been going to serenity for over 8 years now. Always get a fantastic service and Jenny is just fantastic at eyebrows! The staff are always polite and friendly and always do their best to fit you in. They will Often work late to try squeeze you in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my treatments!

   They have very rude staff they asked me to sit and wait in the queue and then after 4 or 5 minutes they say we will not do your eyebrow because we are closing our salon. If they are closing the shop then why did they let me in the shop? They wasted my Time. I was in the shop at 5:15 pm but they still say I am late and they can't do it.
