6th or 7th time here, I've never had to wait. Staff polite, offer of a tea/coffee, offer a stamped card discount scheme. Staff have always completed my finger and toe nails as to my specification. This time I wanted shorter natural looking nails/colour. Recommended

Been using VIP nails for nearly a year now and my nails have never been in such good condition. The staff are mega friendly and helpful and they also make an excellent cup of tea. Highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else for my nails to be done xx
Had a lovely time having my nails done. Staff were very good with advise and the designs were fabulous!! Other customers were also very friendly and chatty. Best experience I have had in ages. This was my first visit to VIP nails after my usual place had changed hands. Needless to say this will now be my regular place to go for my nails.
Absolutely brilliant service! I’ve had some bad experiences with shops so I didn’t have high expectations. My currently acrylic nail girl is on maternity leave so I was desperately searching for someone skilled enough in the local area. I found VIP through Google, it’s only been open a few months. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly nail techs. They spoke fantastic English and kept me chatting which I really like. We had such a good laugh and all the girls getting their nails done were chatting with one another. The amount of colours in the shop is amazing, so much to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice. The lady who did my nails was not only quick but highly skilled and paid attention to details, checking each process thoroughly. I was also surprised at how reasonably priced it was. I had a take off and full set ombré nails and it was £45. The salon was clean and pretty too so I felt really comfortable sitting in there. I was offered a drink and was very relaxed throughout. Thank you ladies for the fantastic service, I’ve been to loads of shops and this one is by far the best! Will definitely be a regular x
I have really enjoyed my experience at VIP nails. They make your visit personal and are so welcoming. I would always use perfect nails and never be fully happy with what I walked out with. I am so happy with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel at ease and do their best to get my desired design.
