   Extremely unhappy with the service provided. My car failed its MOT due to damaged front coil springs, I was more than happy to pay for repairs and was really pleased when the car came back with no further faults. I have taken my car to another garage for aircon regassing, as I couldn't work around the days Burnaston offered. They have called and informed me that one rear coil spring is broken and one is severely corroded. This COULD NOT have happened in the 2 weeks since my MOT. Not only have I been left driving a car that is unsafe I have been ripped off. The other garage has quoted me around £200 to repair both rear springs and have advised the almost £1k I was charged was was way more than I should have been expected to pay for a job that they say takes 2.5hrs. Almost £400 payed out on labour and I feel as a young woman with only minor car knowledge that I have been taken advantage of. I trusted the reviews and the long standing service but will not be using this garage again. Avoid at all costs!

   Very very rude customer service to someone simply enquiring about a problem with their car. Especially a young driver who has little knowledge on cars and the processes around taking a car in to a garage. The stinking attitude resulted in loss of custom for the business and will be taking my car elsewhere. This has also happened with elderly family members in the past and I would avoid if you can.

   Avoid this car dealership at all costs! The manager was rude, pushy and became aggravated because I questioned the interior above the ceiling which was being held up by drawing pins. He was clearly just after a quick sale and didnt care about my safety concerns. Wouldn't recommend
