   So I've tried to hold back on this for nearly 12 months, daughters car went in with electrical fault meaning dashboard would not work. Told it would take hours to find the issue (fair enough) then expected it would take a considerable amount of time and money to fix. Asked them not to continue and happy to pay the diagnostic fee, which I did. Took it somewhere else fault identified in 45 mins fixed in 2 days. However, in the process of "finding the fault" Willington garage damage my daughters car, pictures show what was done. Said they would get part, chased them every so many months to be told they have been chasing Vauxhall no part available, so went with it. To today Dec 2025 nearly 12 months on and radio silence, I have had to now message Vauxhall, part available and ready within 3 days, it's clear Willington either couldn't be bothered or didn't know what they were doing, took 15 mins to find not 11/12 months. Asked to be reimburse amazingly their emails have stopped working! Be very careful over priced and clearly not interested in any level of customer service! Based on your response I had to chase by email to get any updates I have the emails, you certainly weren't proactive and dodntl once instigate the update! I have also sent 3 emails recently which you completely ignored, I will send receipts and bank details and suggest you look for a new parts supplier, for Vauxhall a anyway.

   Outstanding service today to repair a long standing problem on our family car. Explained thoroughly what they were looking for when it was hooked up to the diagnostics machine, and managed to fit me in for a repair despite being very busy. Helpful and friendly staff from mechanics to front of house. Definitely going to be using this garage for future services.

   Been going here for years, with never any issues. However, I don't necessarily agree with the £50 diagnostics charge, I've always paid it though. Took it there on Wednesday for an issue with the battery and an engine warning light, resolved battery issue, which was great and got charged the £50 diagnostics charge, only to have the engine warning light come back on the next time I drove the car. Phoned up to book this in to be repaired (like I'd originally asked) and asked if I'd be charged £50 again, to which the reply was yes. Can't justify this cost when I've already paid once to have it repaired. I'll now be going elsewhere. Shame really as it was convenient.

   This garage changed a cambelt and water pump for me. I though the staff were really friendly and the mechanic explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He should get extra points for that:) The job itself was done promptly and the price was reasonable with no 'hidden' extras. For me its nice to have a local garage that I know I can trust Thanks Marie
