I do not recommend this garage. maybe years back it was good one but it's got poor in service. Car got scratches and noone seems to take any responsibility. Please be careful as you can leave there car and it will be more damaged instead of repaired.
I strongly do not recommend this garage. I came in for a standard MOT with a fully functioning car. After the inspection, when I collected my keys and tried to get into the vehicle, I discovered the driver's door wouldn't open – the body panel was catching on the door, making it impossible to open. I immediately went to the office to report the issue, as it was clear someone had forced the door open, damaging the paint in the process. I was told, however, that “it was already like that” and that it wasn’t their fault. This explanation makes no sense – if the technician had difficulty opening the door, they should have informed me right away, especially since I was sitting in the waiting area the entire time. I asked to see CCTV footage, as the car was parked near a camera and I wanted to prove there was no issue before the worker took the car. Suddenly, I was told that the cameras “don’t record” and “aren’t working.” Conveniently, there was no footage, and no one took any responsibility. What should have been a routine MOT ended with my car damaged and me being dismissed without any support. If you care about your vehicle and want to be treated with respect, avoid this place.
Very friendly staff and fairly priced
Messed up my car after doing a simple service. Walked away with a slight oil leak (which is new) and piece of metal stuck in my tyre- which they have left recklessly about inside the workshop. Wouldn’t recommend
I have been taking my car here for its M.o.T for 4-5 years now. I have only ever found the staff friendly and efficient. So much so that last year taking the car in for its M.o.T, I asked with no notice if they would change the engine oil and filter at the same time. On top of which I explained that I already had the oil and filter in the boot! I naturally expected a rebuff with at the very least a re-booking. 'No problem' was the reply and it was duly ready and sorted when I collected the car later in the day. Together with a 10mm spanner I had dropped into the engine compartment many months previously. Good old-fashioned service indeed.

Fantastic garage, my battery was flat and mot had ran out whilst I'd been away. They came and started my car, and took it for its MOT, and returned it within a couple of hours. Really nice people in person and on the phone. Thank you so much Autopoint!! Will definitely use again!
