   I am writing this to caution others regarding the substandard service and unprofessional conduct at Foreign Autoparts. I purchased a wing mirror glass after providing my vehicle registration and allowing the staff to inspect my vehicle. Despite this, the part supplied was incorrect and did not fit. When the error was pointed out immediately, a staff member attempted to remove the glass using a screwdriver, which resulted in the mirror being broken. The management refused to take responsibility for supplying the incorrect part, instead adopting an aggressive tone and repeatedly insisting the error was mine for attempting to fit the part they had specifically selected for my vehicle. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which mandates that goods must be "fit for purpose" and "as described." Furthermore, the manager was dismissive and intimidating when a refund was requested. As of today, the refund of £22.82 has not been received. I have since sourced the correct part elsewhere for significantly less (£12.00). I have formally reported this incident to Staffordshire County Council Trading Standards. I strongly advise potential customers to be aware that this establishment does not appear to honour basic consumer rights or take accountability for technical errors made by their staff.

   I have only just started using these guys after a referral from Andrew at the Small car company. All I can say if there prices have been good they know what they are on about and if they do not have it in stock they can get it in. I order some Disc and pads at 9.00 am ready for collection at 12.00 keep up the great work.

   Brilliant service! Brilliant price. Phoned at 0930 brake pads arrived at 1230 with sensor and everything. These guys are really good. I didn’t even know they were there. My mate told me about them. Don’t bother on line ! Call in or phone they’ll sort you out fast with the correct parts!!!!

   The place to go for car parts in Burton. The staff are all amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their prices are pretty much unrivalled and I've never received a wrong part unlike many other car parts stores I've used in the past. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
