   Avoid avoid avoid. Awful experience on all 3 occasions they didn't order my part due to ignorance and arrogance. Everytime I phoned they were rude and not bothered and never once apologised. If I can give them a zero rating I will. This morning infront of me 3 customers walked out in frustration out of waiting and no1 from the office is bothered whether customers are waiting to be served or not. Seems as if they are more concerned dealing with commercial rather than public so I definitely dont recommend this place truly shocking experience

   I've had excellent service from SDL time and time again. Every part I’ve purchased has fit perfectly and worked as expected. Unlike Euro Car Parts, where I often have to return items due to errors, SDL gets it right the first time. Their prices are competitive, and their customer service is knowledgeable and responsive. A reliable and trustworthy supplier I’ll continue to use.

   Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, always have time to assist even with awkward requests. The Nick help find the correct sized brake discs for my Mercedes after another motor factor provided the wrong ones. 5 stars.

   If you are looking for a motor factors don't bother with this lot, we have struggled with poor quality parts, wrong parts, poor quality staff who struggle to answer basic questions. Great alternatives are Burton Motor Factors or CES (Burton)
