What can i say .... Had a problem with tyre pressure monitor and took car down at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They were all so helpful and persevered to find the source which seems to have now resolved. Thank you so much! Would not hesitate to recommend.
I had never used HiQ Burton before but they had booked me in for an MOT (their price was a bargain compared to other garages charging £45/55!). Staff were friendly and helpful and got the MOT done within the hour they would. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to others.
Recently, I visited the service several times, and I'm very upset with myself that I didn't find these guys before. It would have saved me a lot of money and headache because their service is nothing less than amazing. My first visit was planned for a major service of my 3L diesel Jag and an MOT. Once I arrived at reception, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly attitude. I mentioned that a few months ago another garage had changed my brake pads, and since then, I'd had a small brake fluid leak. I also mentioned a squeaky noise coming from the front driver's side. The result: the major service was done quickly and, more importantly, professionally. The guys discovered that the pollen filter holder had a crack, which they fixed. They also exchanged a poorly applied silicone seal for a proper one, repaired the brake fluid leak, and fixed the squeaky noise from the front driver's side. And the price? They only charged me for the service and MOT – wow! Nothing extra. My second visit was actually the next day. My MOT report mentioned that the rear tyres were close to the legal limit – which wasn't a surprise to me. I came in again and was welcomed just like the day before. We had a discussion about which tyres would be best, and I ordered a set of new ones. The price was cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The only issue during the fitting was that one of the locking wheel nuts snapped, which is apparently not uncommon for Jag owners – they snap easily. The guys recommended that I buy some proper wheel nuts that had good customer feedback. I bought the new ones, came back, and surprise, surprise, they changed them for me immediately, free of charge. As I said at the start, I'm upset that I didn't find these guys sooner. They aren't focused on making every single pound from you; what they are focused on is having happy customers who will trust their work and return every single time service is needed. If you want a hassle-free and professional experience, this is the place. Looking for anything else would be your mistake. Thank you!
Today I did my MOT with HIQ and the experience was clean and fast. Hamza was really nice guy and booked the MOT as soon as I could do it and the result was 10/10, the other two guy’s working there: Khizav and Archie responded to some of my questions about little issues with the car , and gave me the best advice’s. All the experience there was cool and in the end i got all my questions and my Mot ready as a blink of the eye. Many thanks and keep doing this amazing work . It’s the 6th time that i fix my issue’s with the car , really recommend.
Absolutely excellent service from this recently taken over garage. After awful customer service from another garage in Burton, these guys did everything to help me out. After walking in for advice, the guys took the car, found the fault (not the fault the previous garage had told me) and sorted it out. Genuinely great guys, explained everything fully. Will definitely be back.
PAID MONEY FOR NOTHING, I WENT TO THEM TWICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND NO SOLUTION, I PAID 40 LIRES FOR NOTHING. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED AT ANOTHER SERVICE WITH OTHER MONEY GIVEN
