I was initially hesitant to visit this place due to some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I did. The lady who did my nails today was friendly, polite and also very attentive to my preferences. I will definitely be back for infills.
Came in 4 days ago for infills. A new customer may I say and they are Very rude. They will talk in their language whilst looking and laughing at you, my nail fell off and they wanted to charge me £5 to fix it even though it was less then 48 hours! I refused and they continued talking in their language whilst looking at me in disgust. Never again.
Great and lasting quality, they do your nails super quick. I really love that I don’t have to book an appointment, I can just walk in when I have the time.

if I could give this a -100 stars I would the man at the till was rude when I complained that I didn’t like my nails and made Me pay the full price of nails that were ugly bulky and fat looked nothing like what I wanted I am so So so disappointed and I will never step foot again in that horrible place I’m warning you guys do not go there they r rude and have poor customer service it must be racism as I am a young black female so if any of you black girls think coming here is a good idea Your wrong . Thank you and you will never be seeing me again Katie. And that rude man with yellow teeth
I’ve been coming to Katie’s nails since Nov 2020 and they never disappoint, always great quality, never chip, my go to. Friendly, smiley staff also
