I have been a few times and the service is nice, everyone is friendly and they all work very quickly but I don’t know why they have the option to book online for specific times, EVERY TIME I book in at a specific time I’m left waiting for 20+ minutes after my booked time. This does get annoying very quickly when it happens every time.
Got acrylic nails for the first time ever for my birthday with a friend who got the ombré powder dip I was served by two members of staff who were good however when I looked over my friend was in tears having been yelled at and told to stop her tiks and “just relax” and “relax” through gritted teeth while the member of staff extremely aggressively grabbed her arm 5 times twisting her wrist to the point of pain forcing her to stay in place while discussing her in his native language he then cut her fingers open 3 time had no color options and she felt to uncomfortable due to this behavior to voice any concerns about the nail I am disgusted with the treatment and it absolutely ruined what had been a lovely morning. After all this they proceeded to overcharge by £12 with no explanation which was disgusting will not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone will be looking for a new nail salon for future appointments
Staff were really friendly and was a really nice, calm experience (as opposed to other very busy salons in abingdon!) Nolan did a really good job with my nails I loved them and he was so patient while i decided what i wanted! Thank you!
Nail’s themselves seemed fine at the time but caused infection on thumb nail and now unfortunately have lost most the nail had acrylic the first time and removed/bison after as wanted stronger nails unfortunately not the case with thumb nail to gross to even show as 1/2 the nails gone
Beware of a rough pedicure scrub as I’ve been suffering after the skin was removed from the side of my foot which then got infected. Two lots of antibiotics and still can’t get a shoe on two weeks later. However on the plus side after emailing the salon I got a very quick response and refund. The manager was very apologetic

I love this salon, the people are absolutely wonderful, the service is fabulous. They always try to fit people in regardless of how busy they are and so so polite. Real quality work as well. I would recommend highly.
They are good at nails but so poor at customer service. They constantly speak with each other in their own language which makes you feel excluded. Are they talking about me? It's disconcerting. Not recommending or going back
Never been disappointed with quality of services here. Fabulous manicures and pedicures in a clean and friendly place. True nail artists. Adhoc designs to suit the individual. Vast vast range of colours, types of polish and techniques. . Very responsive to booking requests - fab communications.
