   I paid to have a diagnostic done because my van was in limp mode. I was advised to get a certain part fixed to solve the problem, so I had it done. I received a call saying my van was fixed and ready to pick up. When I went to pick the van up they happily took £700 off me and then told me the van was still in limp mode and the part that I had fix wouldn't have ever solved the problem. When I complained, they said because the part needed doing but it wasn't critical I couldn't have any money back. It's safe to say I'll never use this rip off company and I would advise you to do the same.
