   If I could rate 0.1 stars I would, spent my whole life going to this practice and my mum has spent 30 whole years. Can't sort out issues with an appointment, my mum can't even talk to a dentist face to face while being literally 20 seconds of stairs away, wasted money getting there just to have 30 years of loyalty thrown in her face, ridiculous. I won't be coming here again ever.

   I have been with this dental practice for 6 years and never had good service until today. The receptionist was unbelievably kind, helpful and passionate about how fantastic the surgeon here is. There's been some serious improvements and I'm so grateful!

   Rude reception which doesn’t fill you with hope of a kind dentist!! Appalling phone girls( can’t even call them receptionists as that’s an insult) who can’t even sort an appointment!!!

   Unprofessional service, tried to make an appointment but was told not taking any as practice is too busy but then the associate dentist Lana decides to msg me through social media and asks me to ring the surgery to take her out on a date via speaking to Candice on reception. This is unprofessional and unethical.

   Had an appointment last week; check up & tooth pain.basically given a price list of services on offer. When I referred to the painful tooth was told I’d had an X-ray 15 months ago & was ok.Paid £23.60 not quite sure what for might as well have looked in the mirror.Am in excruciating pain now & will probably have to pay to have it extracted.

   My dentist in Derby, reception are friendly and helpful , they’re always polite and put you at ease in my experience. I’m treated like an individual and the hygienist and dentist / dental nurses are friendly and professional. The practice is clean and welcoming. My only suggestion is that disabled access is poor due to the buildings age and layout, so there are steps to negotiate and stairs which wheelchair users would not manage. I am generally very pleased with the service I receive. There is parking fairly close in adjacent streets and it’s usually easy to get an appointment.

   As a parent I couldn't of found a better dentist for me and my family. We recently had to visit the dentist for an emergency appointment for my son. I was offered an appointment the same day and was dealt with promptly, with no messing around. The dentist we booked in with was not our routine dentist but he was polite and upheld my regular dentist standard of care. We was provided with post aftercare and was booked in with my regular dentist for a follow up appointment. On the follow up appointment i was overwhelmed by the level of care and interest the dentist undertook to provide my son with a "Gold standard treatment plan". I would definitely recommend this dental practice for comprehensive treatment planning and brilliant dental care.

   I had my first appointment with the hygienist today. She was very very good and whole procedure wasn't as uncomfortable as I though it would be. She's done a wonderful job and my teeth look so much better now. Thank you and I look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this surgery.

   I have been registered with this surgery almost all my life, a few years ago it was taken over by a new company and it seems to have gone downhill very fast. I have had reoccurring infections in a tooth that the surgery refuses to treat, I was given antibiotics for the third time today but when it comes to booking a follow up appointment it is always over a month later and the infection returns with a vengeance. Today it was THREE months later that they would see me again. There is also a very odd atmosphere amongst the staff, they did not seem to trust each other and they were running around whispering and seemed to contradict each other. I am now having to seek another surgery and am in agony as I type, I really would not recommend this surgery to anybody!
