   Bought 4 tonne jack off them. Jacked up 6 cars with no problems. Come to jack up Iveco daily rear end, jack would only lift 9” and then no more. This jack was less than 4 weeks old. Got in touch they said would send new part. That rang alarm bells Sent jack back, they had the audacity to take 20% off price for faulty jack. After offering replacement of part - would you seriously trust using a faulty jack on heavy vehicles !!!! Would never recommend this company, certainly for jacks!!!

   Awful customer service, hope your item is not damaged or you will get abuse for letting them know, please read their reviews before buying, and if you do have a problem good luck as I even took screenshots of the conversation as their replies were rude and unprofessional.

   Brought a £275 pressure washer from this company, worked for a month then broke , been trying to get gold of them with multiple messages as I'm left with a useless item. No one has now bothered to return my emails, avoid! I gave them multiple opportunities to be a responsible seller and get in touch before I gave this bad review
