   Cameron Gall at the MG branch in Aberdeen was amazing, we were there to buy a car for my 74 year old auntie who wasn’t confident and within minutes was put at ease, Cameron explained everything very well and gave her all the time to consider everything, he is an absolute star, it’s easy to win the confidence of a younger person but to do it with an older person takes skill, it’s not our first buy and it’s always Cameron I look for now and I’m sure we will be back again. Scott the manager was also fantastic and genuinely seemed interested in making sure everything was perfect - thanks guys an absolute asset to the team!!!

   I recently purchased MG HS 1.5 T-GDI HYBRID from the Aberdeen branch. From the beginning of the test drive until the final purchase of the car, the sales consultant, Keiran Ford, was very helpful, very polite and professional, he was very experienced and had good knowledge of cars. He made car purchase so easy without any delay. He helped me to get my car very quickly. On top of this, he got me the car for a very good price. Thanks to Aberdeen MG and Keiran Ford.

   Recently purchased a new MG3 from this branch. The Sales Advisor Dylan assisted us from our first visit all the way to receiving our car. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. An easy 5 Stars and can’t recommend them enough.

   Dreadful service from this dealershio. Booked a service with courtesy car weeks in advance. Turned up and reception has no knowledge of the courtesy car booking. Apparently it was the systems fault but they would investigate No offer of a lift back home for some time and if i wanted a lift back the car might not be ready when I arrived. Not a great help. Really the handling of this situation was very poor. You would think with it being their error, they would pull the stops out to be helpful. I requested that a manager rang me that day to discuss, before driving home. Needless to say, no one rang. Booked elsewhere,at a much reduced price, and received excellent customer service. I should say i have had excellent service from Arnold Clark Volvo and Renault in another city so I was surprised to come across this poor level of service.

   I bought my V90 from another branch and within a week of collecting it had issues with the brakes. I took it into the Volvo dealership to have the issue checked and the process from start to finish I cannot fault. The diagnosis confirmed that there was a fault and that replacement pads and discs had to be fitted. Melissa on service reception was in constant contact to update me about the progress and could not have been more helpful. I cannot fault the Aberdeen Volvo dealership and the job was completed professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

   I purchased an S60-R from a different dealer three months ago. Since then it had shown a low battery charge and had an annoying rattle I could not trace behind the central dashboard. I've taken it in to my local dealership and they managed to rectify all problems swiftly. Big shout out to Tim the Technician who was able to sort the rattle out in under an hour. You honestly have no idea how much this helps.
