   Nice tesco store. The location is very convenient which allows me to top up certain ingredients instead of going to town. The variety is satisfying as there are basic spices, vegetables, eggs, fruits, even some proteins. I would say for a small tesco the prices are not that bad. Very helpful.

   I frequent this store regularly and have never had a problem. There was a very angry man in store this morning, shouting at staff over a challenge 21 issue. Rude customers are always unpleasant for retail workers, but I was impressed with how well it was handled by the cashier and the manager. While the man shouted at them they remained cool and calm. I’m not sure I’d have been able to keep such a cool head in their shoes.

   Absolutely excellent experience. Called in lovely caring atmos and nice audio on for good atmosphere too. Nice simple music nothing heavy and cheering. Caring busy staff , helpful and efficient today Mon 12th Feb 2024. Would definitely call in again if in the area if today is to go by. For ready meals and fruit juice eg as today. Thanks to staff and Tesco.

   Best service great staff and great manager! Just one evil and very very rude lady. Small and wears and head scarf and always has a non smiling face. She works in the mornings before 9am. Every time I go there in the morning she’s extremely rude! I was calmly making coffe and she left her til where she was serving a customer, came to the coffe area and shouted at me I’m using too much sugar as if her dad buys the sugar for tescos. Very rude and black sheep of the Tesco family. I told her I would complain to manager she said go on then rolled her eyes and smiled. What kind of customer service is this. If it wasn’t for her I would give 5 stars but because of her attitude, rudeness and bullying it’s a 2 starts

   Almost all essentials under one roof. Easily accessible as store is right on Cemetery junction with a number of bus stops nearby (bus #17, 13, 14, X4 and 4). Parking in front of store is not easily available during peak hours (especially with a nearby Cab company occupying spaces). There are 4 to 5 parking slots right in front of the store. Staff is very friendly. I used to go here from 2017 until early 2021. Tesco ATM also available. 2 self checkout counters and 3 normal checkout counters.

   I shop here regularly & I think the staff in there are lovely, including the security guard. They've always been friendly & helpful towards me. My only complaint today would be that there was literally not a loaf of bread or rolls on the shelves, no eggs, no baked beans etc, no toilet rolls & hardly any meat available. Obviously not Tesco's fault, but the fault of crazy panic buyers, who need to stop!! Keep up the good work team, some of us appreciate your efforts & hard work :o)
