Will not go here any more. Staff at self checkout are rude. The bag police. They make such problems about bags. Watching my every move with a flipping bag. They hide the bags too so you have to spend a couple minutes searching them down. Feel like a criminal coming here to spend my money

We shop here ever week and I do like the choice and variety. My big bug bear is the toilets. The sanitary bins are regularly over flowing, lights in 2 of the cubical are practically non existent, and the hand washer are awful. The cleaner could also benefit from some steps so that they can wipe up to the top of the cubical walls and door. Unfortunately this is nothing new and I have mentioned it to staff on many occasions, but they never improve. Maybe one star might get through to management.

Great place for shopping at reasonable prices. There are plenty of places for parking. Fuel station is showing as open in Google, but actually it's closed, due to some work going on. So if you are going for ⛽. Just wait til the work is completed.

I’d rather go to Aldi. It was my first time in Tesco and it was disgraceful. As a student, I tend to go for the budget options, with a few exceptions. Honestly, if you’re in a similar situation, you’re better off going to Aldi. You may not find some premium brands, but at least you won’t be ripped off choosing budget brands. A clear attempt to push people to choose more expensive products. Also, the club card is nearly useless. Of the £35 that I’ve spent today I may have saved £2. With the same amount of money, I would’ve bought 2 months of groceries at Aldi. Disappointed.

With the current postal strike, received some Clubcard Money Off Shopping Vouchers late in the post, the first money off voucher was valued at £7 off for the previous week, I had already spent over £80 that week, as the vouchers arrived late it was not possible to use it then. Went to Customer Service to explain the above situation to a mature grey haired lady working there, she was quite rude and wasn't interested in hearing out what happened at all, she just told me to call Clubcard and sent me away abruptly. Later spoke to a very nice lady manager at the checkout area, she had spared some time to hear the situation above, she understood the postal strike caused late delivery of the money off vouchers. She was able to offer a £7 giftcard, the lady manager took me back to Customer Service Area to sort out the giftcard, the initial mature grey haired lady at Customer Service was moaning to the manager not to offer me the £7 giftcard, the manager told her it was alright and proceed with issuing the £7 giftcard. It is lucky that this Tesco have a nice Manager that actually care and hear the full story then try to help, this nice lady manager is a credit to your store, 5 star service for her. In future, I hope the mature grey hair Customer Service lady at least hear out any problems raised by any future customers before brushing them off, she is the first point of contact to solve customer issues, service with a smile would have been nice too

Everything time I go there for fuel no matter what time or day the kiosk is always closed and it’s always pay at pump, went in to store to complain and the guy I spoke to was as thick as two short planks, (kept asking me if I want a replacement/new fob) so I left my card fob with him and told I’ll get my fuel and shopping from elsewhere

Car park appears to have a rodent problem. Saw 2 in the same minute. One scared a mother carrying infant and other scything around car park as I walked to car. Also reported a collision and safety issue to customer services the response to which was basically “the guy who handled the car park has gone home” Understandable perhaps but managers should be stepping in to ensure roads are not obstructed by overfilled trolley stalls.

A great store with many bargains all around. That ambience is great and the staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. The variety of product is vast and contemporary. On 2nd Jan 2020 the Russell Hobs coffee maker on Amazon was selling for £28! Your store displayed the price of £45 of the same item! How can u compete like that? A more research is needed before you display the prices. I’m sure there’ll other items in need of review? Happy New Year!
