Absolutely appalling customer service! I had a terrible experience at this Tesco on 28/07 afternoon . I asked a staff member at the counter — an older man — for a specific brand of cigarettes. As he appeared to be looking for it, I politely tried to point out where it might be. Instead of acknowledging the help, he snapped at me with: “I know what it is. I know how to do my job. You don’t need to tell me how to do my job.” I was completely taken aback. I was just trying to be helpful and respectful. His tone was rude, hostile, and made me feel humiliated in front of others. There was absolutely no reason for him to speak to me that way. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Staff should treat customers with basic respect and kindness — not act like they’re doing you a favour by serving you. Very disappointed!

A great location right outside the newly opened Green Park railway station the outlet offers a great choice of groceries at reasonable cost. The staffs are helpful. But I always get the impression that lighting is a bit dim and gives a gloomy look!
