   I’d just like to leave a comment for a member of staff at the Tesco express bath road store that went above an beyond for me an my elderly mother Her name was Beverly She was very very helpful in a stressful situation she helped my mother around the store an get her what she needed she was patient and caring she made my elderly Mother’s Day She couldn’t of done it without her So thank you Tesco for employing such kind considerate people

   I filled up two days ago and just accepted the high diesel price with the way things are at the moment. Usually a good price. Likely to do with how basic the facilities are in terms of not updating to pay at pump. Anyway drove away and over the next few days saw the prices at nearby pumps. Thought well that's dropped quickly. Then went past this one again. A quick bit of maths and it is around 5 or 6p per litre more than those close to it. Quick buck which will cost visits in the near future. Good business plan! Bring on the electric revolution!

   A short visit left me disgusted with state of place and attitude of shop. There was a large plastic packing bag left in isle by staff filling shelved that i slipped on and pulled my back. When reporting this to till staff was met with a laugh as she spoke to college and stated could they go down isle as there was apparently some rubbish on the floor. I could not believe how rude i was treated and do have names concerned and will be reporting directly. Descusting health and safty issue. Glad i was not seriously hurt.

   Rude woman behind the counter (no name but wearing a high vis jacket). I asked how long I could park in the car park for as my friend lived 2 doors away and I needed to pick something up, was only going to be 5-10 minutes and she told me I couldn’t because the car park was for customers. Bit cheeky considering I had just spent £40 on fuel so apparently that doesn’t class as being a customer. Her generally attitude from when I approached the counter was disgusting. Very disappointed as I normally don’t receive bad service here.
