   Arranged to view a car over the phone. Drove the hour and a half in to see it. All i got when i arrived was “sold it…” . they knew i was coming in yet didn't think to notify me to tell me they sold it to save me the lengthy trip for nothing!. Waste of time and fuel. Car’s still advertised as available at this moment too. Poor customer service.

   Absolutely disgusted with my experience at pitstop. My Car was in for a battery check and after I was quoted £500 for a battery and labour prices which I said no to, I was then charged £120 just for them to have a look at my car. Very disappointed with this wouldn’t recommend!

   Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Pitstop. Got a 2020 Astra and as soon as I got it home the engine light came on along with a squeaky clutch. Took to dealership as discussed as they offered to fix it under warranty. Arrived at 10.30 on the day as no booking was necessary they said. What I was met with was excuses about why they can’t fix the car as planned followed by threatening behaviour and insults and refused to provide any written documentation for refusing the car repair. Do not recommend..

My friends highly recommended Pitstop and I’m so glad they did. Right from the start Stuart delivered the quality service I was looking for. Honest, friendly, professional and attention to detail was given along with a fantastic car and a price to match. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Pitstop again and I confidently and highly recommend this garage.

   Booked car in 9am on Sat 20.8.22. Visited. Told no way it could b done. Arr to go back at 9am on Mon 22.8.22 and told them needed car by 12.30 same day. Went back.nothing done. Never once contacted me to inform me what was happening. Sorry Pitstop u will never get my business.

   Dropped my van off for MOT and service on 6/5. Stuart, the owner, advised of work needing done and that he could do this. 10 weeks and multiple phone calls later with further promises he still hadn't started the work. Extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid this garage.
