   I had a bad experience shopping. I ordered online and it was late then the delivery went to the wrong address and I kept following up and because they are perishable items and got exhausted after several hours of looking for order. I got tired and I asked for a refund. Fortunately ,after one last attempt , we found the order at the Sainsbury's next door and I immediately informed them not to bother with the refund for full order but just refund on the delivery charges but till now they haven't and didn't even respond to my last message. It was disappointing. An update today-26/12/25 I hadn’t planned to comment further, but the company’s response left me more disappointed. This feedback was only taken seriously after leaving a review, despite being ignored beforehand, and was asked to revise it, even though the refund is still pending as it has not reflected in my account. Timeline: • Order placed 27 Nov (before 11am) with delivery promised in 2 working days • Delivered late on 3 Dec (4 working days) • Delivered to the wrong address at 10:30am — these were perishable items • Located by me at 3:20pm after significant stress; some items had defrosted A request for a refund of the delivery charge was made on 3 December. Given the circumstances, I would have expected a basic gesture of goodwill (e.g. a voucher worth the charges), but instead I was informed the refund would take 5–10 working days. I followed up on 15 Dec and again on 24 Dec with no response. I only received a reply after posting this review. Choosing and managing the courier is the company’s responsibility, not the customer’s.

   I saw the ad and ordered few items and fresh waterleaf and peppers the items i wanted out of stock .instead for them to refund they want to give me code to shop again next time and their postage is so high. I ordered fresh cassava dough, they post me dry flour big vinger the post small one like seriously nothing special about their supermarket. For me I would be buying again.

   Even though it was a small order for frozen gizzards ,it was managed with utmost care .prompt despatch ,excellent tracking and the item arrived very quickly,still frozen and extremely well wrapped in a thermal freezer bag swathed in kling film and boxed. This is my first time shopping here . I've saved the site and will most certainly look to ordering again from this business

   How do you advertise a box of yams for £29.99 and charge £7 for delivery only to see 3 tubers of yam in the box. And when you call them up they tell you that the whole box including it's contents is what weighs 5kg!! So you sell me a tuber of yam for almost £10 minus delivery?? **Update: Received a call from the store to understand the issue further and make amendments where necessary. For the effort and customer service follow up, I commend them and rate them higher than previously done.

Although I had a minor issue with my order, their customer representative was very professional and respectful. The ensured the issue i had was resolved quickly. They also followed up and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them a 100 times over.
