This mechanic is too arrogant! I’d chosen this mechanic solely due to their excellent Google reviews. Two days ago I booked a 9am appointment for my blue Merc and dropped my keys exactly on time, and was promised “we’ll ring you as soon as we’ve looked at the car.” I scheduled my entire workday and waited whole day. No call by 5 pm. When I rang them, the mechanic casually admitted, “Oh, we haven’t even seen your car yet.” No diagnosis, no update, no courtesy call – just a shrug and a half-hearted “Apology.” The smugness and arrogance in their voice told me everything; they believe the five-star shield makes them untouchable.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team for their excellent work! They fixed my car in the shortest time, with great quality and at a very reasonable price. Everything was clear, honest, and without any unnecessary hassle. Very decent and highly professional specialists — it’s obvious they know their job and work with heart.
