   Have just been reduced to tears by Tesco Self Service Checkout Staff. I suffer with copd and need to use a Scooter. I asked for help with packing my shopping and the 1st member of staff snapped at me that they were busy and I'd have to wait then marched off. I asked a 2nd staff member for a few bags which she chucked at me. The till kept playing up and after calling a staff member for the 3rd time I said it would probably be quicker if she would help me. She practically rammed my shopping into the bags again complaining they were busy and I was made to feel like a burden. Upon asking for a Manager I waited 10 mins for one to be found. I was given a bunch of flowers but would rather not of had to suffer the experience and feel the ladies concerned need lessons in customer service and empathy. I was so upset and just wanted to escape the store so forgot to scan my clubcard so lost out on clubcard prices and points.

   Popped in at 06:40 on a Wednesday morning to pick some fresh croissants, but apparently they bake the breakfast items last...Which is Tesco logic all over. But at least they actually sell fresh bakery items. My local Tesco sells yesterday's goods first then next day

   Decent branch of tesco, there's lots of parking, there's electric car charging, a car wash, click and collect, timpsons, barbers, opticians, and a Costa coffee. Getting in our out can get really tricky during rush hour as the connecting roads are used by commuters.

   Buyer beware! I bought 10 packets of chocolate salted caramel rice cakes advertised at £1.25 per packet. At the till they came up at £1.30. I told the person at the till (even took a picture of the price ticket) but was told I had to pay full price. DON’T show a price you are not going to honour!!

   Store itself is great, plenty of parking almost always well stocked and wide range of products. Staff manning the checkouts...., well put it this way if you enjoy alternatively being ignored and/or patronised then this is the place for you (I am talking multiple times it's not just a one off experience - seems like a culture at this store). Unfortunately there are a couple of things sold here I cannot buy anywhere and why should I deny myself. Rest of the time I avoid it like the plague. Go to the one on London road. It's smaller, but staff there are actually pleasant to people.

   Great, just to clarify on a Sunday you can't buy anything till 10 but you can browse from about half 9 I think.
