Great value for money on a decent range of products. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave a quality professional service. Will be going back to them for all future vape and tech needs!
Was a regular customer but sadly no longer. I come into the shop twice weekly and buy the same liquid and have done for a year. I've previously never had faults with the liquids or the shop itself. The liquid most recently bought I filled up my pod and left it for the usual 5 minutes and it wasn't smokable. The liquid had a really off flavour and was runny like water and bubbled in my coil. I know the salt nic liquids are runnier but as I've had the same liquid now for years, this was evidently a bad batch or bottle. I went in today to ask to swap it and was told no as I'd opened it so he couldn't resell it to other customers. I explained I had to open it to try it, to find it was faulty. I had no way of knowing it was faulty without trying it. It was over 3 quarters full. I even tried it with a brand new pod and it was the same. After some back and fourth, I kept having to explain I was out of pocket having paid for a faulty item I bought days ago. I wasn't after a refund, just to swap it over but he kept refusing. I have paid money for a faulty product I cannot use. Therefore I'm out of pocket. I was a regular customer often taking my daughter in there for a new toy too so he knew that I always purchased the same liquids. He kept repeating that there's nothing wrong with the liquid. I offered him to try it and he said he didn't vape, fair enough. But it was faulty. After me not backing down and finally demanding a refund, he eventually chucked a replacement on the counter and said 'find another shop.' I'll have to take my custom elsewhere now to the other vape shop in Farnham. Shame as I enjoyed coming into this shop, but I won't be spoken to like that over a fault of the products they are selling.

The guys in the shop are totally amazing and so helpful. So many choices, and offered to order bits in for us. Keep up the good work guys. Even treated myself to a handbag!!
Staff are very polite and helpful and the stores got everything you could ask for, also we’re willing to Oder stuff for us to get next time
