Easy online order, fast delivery by FedEx (quality carrier and not the cheapest available, well done) with plentiful reminders and updates to position of my Order was well packaged and the additional cardboard wrapping was very good to add further protection to add-ons purchased. Very competitivly priced compared to other supplies and I will certainly use Lawson's for any futures tool purchases.
Placed my order 9am on Tuesday 7th October 2025, kept up to date throughout the day and my order was delivered this morning (Wednesday 8th October 2025). Well packaged and cannot fault the service and also Fed Ex. Will definitely order again in the future.
Advertised 3–4 business day delivery. Mine took over a week — but only because I called twice to remind them I exist. No proactive updates, no clear answers, just repeated excuses and delays. Even after asking to ship ASAP, and cancel the missing part of order, they still took an extra day. Apparently “ASAP” means “whenever we feel like it.” Never again.
!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Bought an impact driver from this company, on arrival the product was broken. After numerous phone calls and emails with me even offering to buy another one, and then send the original back (as I needed the tool this week) I was told I would have to deal with the manufacturer directly and that they would not even offer me a refund. Steve the ‘manager’ I spoke to on the phone was rude and possibly the most abrupt and unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with. HEED MY WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! !!!ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
Won't be using this company again. I ordered an item which proved too be faulty. Contacted them about a return and they said their courier was really busy and could I send the item back myself. This cost me over £11 due to it being tracked and the value of the item. They never refunded my postage even though they said they would. I've given them 2 stars as the price of the item was decent.
Poor experience with this company. I Bought some boots from them online they said my delivery would be 3-5 days after 07-02-2023 then they said 3-5 days after 03-03-2023 now there saying 3-5 days after on 06-03-2023
Purchased 3 heaters from this "company" which failed 8 months later. completely stopped working. Clearly the warranty they offer with their products are fake as they have done nothing about it and I have been waiting for them to hear back from their suppliers for over 2 months now. bearing in mind the heaters were not used throughout summer, they lasted a mere 5 months. Scam of a company.
Worst company I have ever dealt with who use couriers that can’t follow basic instructions, items that I purchased we left on doorstep on a busy road, hasten to say they were gone when I got home. Lawson took no responsibility what so ever. Luckily my credit card company sorted everything. Would never use them again
