Been shopping with Williams and Co for 25 years now. This branch has finally come up to the standard of the other branches.
Huge store, loads of stuff but didn't have a simple cistern filling valve I was looking for! Went to a plumbing supplier instead.
Product knowledge is impeccable and the best in the business. I call up, and ask for details and all the staff (esp Gary and Lee) know the in's and out's of EVERYTHING, its magic. They cant help you enough. They make suggestions to save money whilst never compromising on quality. Their after sales service is second to none and they provide consistent service throughout the year no matter how busy they are. Id never go anywhere else
