   It seems these guys don't have a very up to date review. In the last 6 months I've had a great experience with these guys. Please note they are now BUFAB. I call up and get through instantly and delivery is almost always next day (local). Staff have been more than willing to help me with queries and go above and beyond. Prices are also very competitive. Definitely recommend!

   Great service & good quality products. But please update the opening hours on google. This is even more relevant since the take over by BUFAB as it appears the hours have changed & you no longer open at 07:30. Many thanks.

   Giving a customer a dirty look while another customer is talking to you is totally disgusting and disrespectful. Also no need to be rude when some asks if you're open despite traveling 20 mins as Google listing says in fact you are open. Trade counter closed, minimum order of £50 and can only order online and "wait in the car for 2hr 30 mins". Looks like they don't need business..

   Awful, checked website before travelling to see if I had to order in advance, no where on the website does it say you now have to have an account, spend min £50 and wait at least 2 hours... it would be helpful to let their customers know! I wont be going back

   I am so happy they have the stock that you can not get elswhere, not on the same day. I found the guys behind tills very helpful, even though there is a waiting time when more customers are around.

   Customer service is at the all time low, here. I won't be attending this outfit again! Stood waiting for over 30mins despite numerous staff. On completion of my order, waiting for my invoice, a further 35mins waiting for the guy behind the till not to return. Stood with a number of chaps from big companies who simply walked out over waiting times and being ignored.
