   Purchased a petrol driven tiger 1800b pressure washer, from Southampton branch of machine mart took it home and connected all relevant parts engine oil and petrol came to connect lance hose and threads were crossed threaded and couldn’t any.pressure from gun (drawing air ) phoned Southampton branch who were great, took the machine back they saw the problem and exchanged the machine with no quibble and apologised for any inconvenience i took the machine home and connected it up and it worked straight away great transaction and staff were great

   Great staff, always helpful, chatty friendly and pleasant. They have helped me to the car with heavy items many times. Tools and equipment the best quality and at decent prices. The best reason to use Machine mart form me is If they don't have it, they will get it the next day, but they do have a wide range readily available so usually have what you need the same day.

   Poor, really poor. My employer ordered some fittings and went with receipt, told cannot collect it without last 4 digits of credit card number. Explained HO were in Ireland and have no access to this. Wouldn't budge, receipt wasn't good enough, neither was confirmation order email. Just avoid, not worth the grief. Travelled a fair distance to be met with a brick wall. Go elsewhere

   Phoned up for advice on buying a gas heater. Recived great advise. There was only 1 in stick which I was unable to collect to the next day. The guy brought up hrom warehouse and put by till with z resurved sign on it. Can't ask for more. Many thanks.

   Went in today the man behind the counter got offended and accused me of being aggressive because I told him I will not give my email or address he needs to understand being assertive is not being agressive I would suggest he learns his grammer and learns to man up. Machine mart dose not have great reviews as it is and having a staff member making unwarranted assumption is not good for buissness. If he worked for me I would have sacked him on the spot for his unprofessional behaviour.

   If I could give a 0 I would The guy who was dealing with me was so rude and un professional I ended up walking out and not purchasing anything, I believe I heard a colleague call him Zeb? Maybe Seb regardless he wasn't wearing a name badge probably for this reason. Sort it out Machinemart or I'm sure more customers will be gone

   Wanted an Air Compressor which they had in store but couldn't sell it to me because it weighed 80Kg. It needed 2 man lift and they are not allowed to to lift it. They couldn't allow me an my brother to go in and lift it ourselves. I have to order online and wait more than 10days for something in-store.

   Buyer beware - no refunds unless faulty. Purchased boots and only tried them on at home (clean as when purchased). Yet I've been told that they will only credit or exchange on any products. Only refund on faulty products. Unlike every other of thier competitors. Shame and I will spend the credit and avoid. At least it was only £23 I guess.
