   I enquired at Travis Perkins Christchurch about paving to expand the parking area at home. The customer service guy was really informative and helpful. Full marks. This is in complete contrast to a few years ago when the staff would hide in the office and didn't want to know a non-trade person. When eventually they came across would be very dismissive. Top marks to TP for realising the problem. I almost didn't go in this time because of the previous experiences.

   Huge stock selection, helpful yard and store staff, prices seem to be creeping up above inflation, but they still give a level of service that we would all miss if the group went under, this store is adapting as best as it can to cope with the virus, we should all support this store through these difficult trading times, they will reward us over time by just being there for us when we need them.

   Fantastic builders merchants, always willing to help and always going out of their way. Price matching everywhere but with total dedication to customer service. Nothi g is too much for TP's!! Great parking, the best selection and just fantastic pricing. Knowledge, if they don't know, we don't know should be the slogan!!

   This is a great place to get your diy home and garden products and itens. Parking can be an issue if you don't get there early. Staff are great but sometimes lack to serve customers while are waiting for awhile. You can call them and check and item before going there to purchase. You can open an account with them or pay as guest only. Make sure to pick your items if you are ordering to be delivered ad they occasionally add defective items in your order hence the 4 stars.
