Shocking after sales. 6 weeks to get an answer on a return. Would avoid and use someone else or save some money and go straight to the manufacturer.
Absolutely appalled by the service from Bluewater Swimming Pools. What started as a simple repair turned into a drawn-out mess that cost me time, money, and patience. They showed up late for appointments, gave vague explanations for problems, and seemed more interested in upselling than fixing the actual issue. Communication was poor throughout — calls and emails were routinely ignored unless I chased multiple times. When the job was finally “finished,” the pool was still leaking, and they refused to take responsibility. I had to bring in another company to fix their sloppy work, which ended up costing me twice what I initially budgeted. Total lack of professionalism and accountability. I honestly don’t know how they have so many 5-star reviews — based on my experience, I would never trust them again. Avoid if you value your time and money.
Bluewater Pools installed a swimming pool for our family. We found the team to be very professional throughout the process. We changed our minds on a couple of items with regards to the pool finish, and they were great, nothing was a problem. Overall, we couldn't be more happy, the pool is great and can't wait for the summer!
We have been customers of Bluewater Pools since 2007. Service cannot be faltered. Always friendly and always answer our questions no matter how tedious. We would not want to use anywhere else for our pool.
Excellent place good advice
Went in today for chemicals and so on for 10ft pool i brought my daughter! Customer service brilliant, answers to everything i asked. Popping back to get a few more bits etc. Cheaper than buying things online (amazon) and came with advice which helped alot
