   I had a bad experience with this company. After purchasing a shower tray with them, when it was delivered I realised it wouldn't fit. I contacted the store and was told via email by the manager that if I returned the item I would get a full refund. I therefore returned the item within 24 hours after it had been delivered, and fully packaged, unused and boxed and sealed. Two days after returning the item the store contacted me to process my refund, but said they would be charging me a re-stocking fee of £85. When I questioned why I had been told a full refund would be provided before I returned the item and why they never mentioned this fee, they simply apologised for the communication error but pointed to some small print in the T&C allowing them to charge this. If you want to purchase a large item I would recommend you deal with a more reputable or bigger supplier who look after their customers.

   A very irresponsible company. They delivered some building materials for a contractor at my property, and the driver of the Hi-Ab vehicle did not place his support mats underneath all of his stability rams, and therefore punctured the tarmac outside my neighbours property, he also parked on a drain cover and depressed that into the tarmac. I reported this incident on the day it happened on the 30.07.24 and nearly 8 weeks later and 3 phone calls to the company, the3 tarmac is still damaged much to the annoyance of my neighbour. They have assured me on two occasions that their damage will be rectified, but still nothing has been done, very poor

   Good range of materials. Despite arriving just before closing time we found the staff very helpful and obliging. Provided loads of brochure info on driveway blocks and appeared knowledgeable. Display available that we found helpful. Parking was ok and relatively close to the main door
