   Not impressed. Had some food delivered yesterday to get me through to the day after boxing day. As we were going out just popped it in the fridge/freezer. When we got home later decided to sort out the fridge and was not happy with what had been delivered. The person who picked my shopping must has looked for the shortest shelf life items for my shopping. At least a 1/4 of my chilled shopping had a shelf life of 2 or 3 days. At this time of year this is pathetic. If they do not want to sort this out I will have no other choice but to do a charge back on my debit card.

   Good to great deals to be had here. The store is fairly well stocked and organized. Staff are helpful and nice, even the security guard. They also have a clearance section by the front of the store.

   EMPLOY MORE CHECOUT STAFF Once again, only one till open on a very busy Friday lunchtime. Also, no trolleys avaliable, so I had to carry my iems, leaving me no option but to ask for another till to open. UPDATE: Once again this time on a Monday lunchtime - see pic 3, only one checkout open, queues going up isle 5. No staff around to ask for another till be opened.

   Food store located in the west quay shopping area, plenty of parking and a half an hour free parking if you put a ticket in your car. Discounted shopping for the over sixties on Tuesdays.

   The reason why I’ve marked this store with only 2 stars is the absolute loudness of the so called music and the artist that was singing. I could only stay in the store Less than 30 minutes and only bought two products and my intention was to do my whole freezer shop today… I did speak to a young lady on the checkout and she said that many customers have complained about the dreadful music ……I think this store could do with a visit from HEALTH & SAFETY simply because your staff Nor your customers should have to put up with LOUD MUSIC all day long …. SO PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON LOOSING CUSTOMERS….your doing fine !
