   My wife went into our local Locks Heath Cooks store at around 11am this morning , the 7th January. Now we are all aware that this company provides a worthy choice to those of us who appreciate the convenience of their products. However, on my wife entering this establishment she was ignored on her arrival at the counter with her purchase, despite three members of staff being present. On finally being approached, and her then offering cash for the purchase, she was informed brusquely that only cards were taken and no receipt would be given. To be frank, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming and using this retailer in future will not be on our agenda.

   Really good service, used to click and collect. Bought curries for 11 people for a hen do, everyone said how lovely they tasted. Catered for gluten and dairy free options. Will return, highly recommended ⭐

   Wowzers. Can't believe the quality of this food! The lamb duoiaza put in a microwave for 5 minutes and itbwas melt in the mouth stuff....the other dishes are also great. Good quality Restuarant food for the freezer

   I love Cook! Found out about it on a UK holiday and was then overjoyed to find one local to home. I cook from scratch most of the time and love being able to buy from Cook when I want home cooked that I don't have to cook!

   Great little shop in Locksheath, just across from Waitrose. Cook is a great place for frozen meals, deserts and party food. Lots of variety as well as a delivery service. Check them out.

   Always met by friendly staff who are always willing to help. There's plenty of choice from a large menu of meals and desserts. Having been many times I'm yet to have a meal that I've been disappointed by. Whilst prices can be higher than your average 'ready meal', these are far better and you really do get what you pay for. Think of these more as 'restaurant quality meals for the home'

   Visited today, had a lovely chat with the lady that was serving, she offered the three of us samples to try which were delicious. Admittedly, I found the prices for meals were generally quite pricey (for my budget) however, you get what you pay for, they are convenience meals but with a big difference! That homemade touch.
