   Would just like to say a big thank you to them team at Union Mart for providing exceptional service. I made a purchase and had to return an item that was unfortunately not what I expected. Which was not the fault of Union Mart. It just didn’t fit my other equipment. To find a retailer that listens and helps as Union Mart has done is rare and they are definitely staying on my list of suppliers. Would definitely recommend.

   I purchased a pressure washer in September 2021,the 550i which by the way is a great machine. I needed to buy a new part, went on line purchased the part no worries. Went to pay for it and the guy at the end of the phone asked me when I purchased it. He immediately told me that it was under warranty and I had nothing to pay. Part was despatched that same day. Amazing service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

   Purchased a TX850 pressure washer from Union. Has possibly completed 4 hours work in just over 18 months. Wouldnt Start, so had small tool specialist investigate. Reported that the engine timing is incorrect on the chinese / Honda lookalike unit. Reported to Union Mart who said its out of warrenty. Only if its an electrical unit, 2 years are provided. No assistance offered unless I pay them to investigate and if possible correct. Would never purchase anything from them again. Replacement engine is almost as much as the whole new unit cost, after only 4 hours work. Conclusion : They obviously have no care for there customers, and do not stand by the products that they sell.

   Hi, I have ordered a welding machine from this company. I did not even use it. It was ordered by mistake - I ordered the incorrect product. I sent the machine on 16/11/2022 to get my refund. I have contacted the company a few times and they keep saying they have not received the product yet. The delivery company name is EVRI. I have checked their tracking number and it says still delivering. It is almost two months. I could have walked there to return it instead. It looks like a catch 22 situation. I would think 100 times over not to order from this company. It is daylight robbery.

   My order for Kingston Premium Grass arrived without any problems. I was able to cut the grass into sections without any difficulty. The grass is great quality with a good colour and looks very realistic. Very easy to lay and pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend. Now thinking about doing the rest of our decking as the price is very affordable.

   I bought a Wilks-USA RX550i High=Powered Pressure Washer Using the lance, with the smallest jet head it certainly brought back my drive and patio, removing all moss, dirt and any grass or weeds that had grown-up in-between. I especially appreciate the extra long lance hose and the long 13a cable meaning yo don't have to drag the main assembly around. The trolley it comes on, provides a good storing facility too. Choice of heads is also nice to have. This runs at 3kw, so it's not particularly cheap to run , however in my opinion, at about £4 a day it is a cheap way to get a beautifully clean patio. It ran all day with no issues or overheating as powerful at the beginning as at the end. Only the operator was tired!!

The washer delivers great pressure for a battery operated piece of kit with a variety of nozzle spray options. Quick delivery and a great price - highly recommend these guys.

   I used this product to deep clean a 50 m2 terrace. The product was easy to put together and is fun to use. No water mains outside necessary and this means you can use the product everywhere the electrical cord (which is quite long) allows for and or plug it into an electrical cord extender. It is 50% cheaper than the other alternatives on the market and better cause it offers more functionalities. My terrace is now spotless and I intend to wash my car with it!!!

   Bought a MMA 160 welder from Union Mart via eBay, great price, super fast delivery and well packaged. I’ve taken time to use the welder properly before leaving this review. It is just what I was looking for. Well made with cables of ample length and so light. Easy to set up, adjusting amperage is done easily and getting back to the sand settings is simple with the digital read out. Far more power than I’m going to need welding 3.2mm dissimilar rods at 100 amps giving good penetration and a nice looking weld.
