   I sincerely appreciate the effort taken to deliver the groceries on a priority basis. Your prompt support during a time of need truly means a lot.Such dedication reflect a high level of professionalism and care.As it was mentioned on your website that no delivery on 31st and 01st, but as an exception as my brother in law had a brain stroke while driving and is in critical condition, my sister can't go to any Indian store to buy groceries, when the situation was explained to the staff, they made an exception to deliver grocery next day. This is highly appreciated and commendable . Very nicely packed

   I've had a few orders from Lakshmi Stores. The latest (and probably the last) order contained fresh aloo tikki and pakoras. There was no option at the checkout to choose a chilled delivery, so I thought it would be fine. After all, they know what they are doing, right? Imagine my wife's disgust when she unpacked the aloo tikki and pakoras and found them covered in mould! I know things like this happen in business - it's one of those things that are beyond the seller's control. However, it's how the seller deals with it that makes the difference. I was told "We had sent you the freshly made items, and we always ensure proper quality before dispatch. Unfortunately, in this case, since the products were delivered in good condition, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement." I'm not sure that the seller would like to eat the mouldy items - I honestly don't know how that can be considered "delivered in good condition"!

   Worst experience ever. The flowers delivered were rotten and black inside the pack. Not suitable for puja. I had clearly mentioned that I needed them a day before the puja, yet they arrived on the day of the event. Several items were missing as well. Out of the 5 coconuts three coconuts were rotten, and the fruits & Vegs were of very poor quality. When I raised a complaint, they claimed I hadn’t shared the pictures within 24 hours—even though I had sent the photos of the coconuts and flowers immediately. They didn’t offer any resolution and only responded with excuses. This isn’t the first time either; similar issues have happened with my previous orders. It’s my mistake that I gave them another chance.Items are quite pricey as well compared to others. I will never order from them again. Stores should not sell products they can't deliver with proper quality. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

   Don’t buy from them. Very disappointing experience , we bought vegetables and halwa. The box was broken and had fungus on the vegetables. When we complained, especially about halwa open to elements, they had the audacity to tell us to eat it from the broken plastic box as for them they are only “cracks” and the halwa is “fresh.” Stark evidence of appalling standards of health and safety. I am genuinely concerned about their food quality as well as the health and safety of their customers.

   Great quality products and fantastic customer support. I have made couple of orders recently that include jasmine and lotus flowers and leaves, they all are well nicely wrapped and packed in containers. Received all good quality products and delivered on time by dpd. The customer support on WhatsApp is great and they almost reply instantly. I would definitely recommend others.

   I ordered the Indian groceries from Lakshmi’s store. I found most items I needed which are apparently not available at other Indian stores. Their packing is top notch. Small issue happened because of the deliver partner they are using. But the staff from Lakshmi store helped me sorting it out. Thank u for the support. Will shop again soon.

   Horrible and irresponsible service. £70 were at stake and no one cares! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I would never suggest ordering from them. Long story short, ordered from them and enquired if this can be delivered on time and they promised yes but did not deliver. I agreed to accept on the next day and they delivered it to someone else’s house and told me it’s delivered. When I called them they said we cannot contact DPD now so we will investigate and let you know. Next day they deliver the same package from someone else’s house and send it to me even though I said I would not accept like that. The frozen stuff obviously went bad and mangoes box was spoiled too. They do not want to refund money at least for the bad stuff. Waste of money and strength as they do not care for your money.

   Amazing place ! Took me back to India with all the Indian fruits, veggies, sweets and savouries. They seem to do free deliveries through their website too and take requests for specific items. They've parking slots for about 3 cars and they're not too difficult to find. Their payment system is a bit slow and outdated, so it takes ages to go through the billing. It's a good place otherwise. Will definitely recommend
