   Went to post a parceless return with evri parcelshop at buxton grocers, new guy working he charged me money for the packaging for my amazon parcel return, i have also been here when the regular chinese owners are working and the Chinese women was very aggressive when one of my evri parcels fell off the shelf and she went mad saying it would smash the window, this was a light carboard box and she wasnt the nicest workers to deal with, the shop always smells aswell of cooked food and is a very outdated corner shop i wouldn't ever go in if it wasnt for the evri parcelshop

   There is a new owner of the shop now I went in to get cash for my scratch card winning quiet a few times every time I go in there is only one thing they say “our machine is not working” seems like they don’t want to give money to people who win from a scratch card will never go to this shop again

   Disgusting behaviour and service from the man at this store. You should be ashamed of yourself. Went to collect a parcel from this excuse of a shop and the so called shopkeeper was continuously obnoxious and cutting me off when I was talking. I am glad I never spent a penny and will never return to that disgrace of a shop. Embarrassment.

   The lady at this shop is very rude. If a person visits first time and doesn’t know how to return a parcel she should tell patiently but she behaved very rude to me and assumed like I should know how to do this all stuff. I will not recommend this shop.

   Very poor customer service exspected to spend over £5 to pay on card i had just spent £10 and cause she rushed didnt put the chocolate bars on my bill so i went to paye again by card then she started screaming at the top of her lungs at me, then she refused the sale and asked me to get out will not use again.
