   Awful customer service, left me struggling with my two year old and refused to give me my parcel despite having all the information to collect it becwuse they had accepted and scanned in a inpost shop parcel when they arent an inshop store apparently! My husband returned and they were helpful to him, so must be a female thing they dont wish to help

   I must say that ive never been in such a poorly run place. The staff ran on zero, no idea what she was doing. I waited 20 mins for her to make 1 coffee. Another 15 mins for her to do my order which was 2 cold drinks and 2 cakes. I understand that some jobs are difficult but asking for help could have been an option. I would have given 0 stars but that wasnt an option.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! “I had a fantastic experience shopping at the new co op, staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I needed assistance finding a few items, and an employee (Declan) went out of their way to guide me. The checkout process was smooth, and the cashier was polite and efficient. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized, making my shopping even more enjoyable. Great service all around!

   Awful service. Came in and used the insomnia machine clicked the hot chocolate button and got a cup of hot milk. I asked the young lady emileigh she said somebody was coming. I waited and an oldish lady wearing a head band approached Me and told me they don't have a key and the lady shouted that jack was getting the key so I waited and again nobody came. Awful customer service on the till too. Lady entered the wrong amount of change on the till and couldn't work out the change we had to tell her how much to give us back. Apparently Jack was too busy sorting something out to come and help with the machine. Awful Awful service.

   Basically, the women bar a select few have little to no manors. The short one with glasses has the manners of a brick. I'm having to go into this co-op as its my local but I am now wanting to drive further out so I can 1; get served in a reasonable time and 2; get spoken to with some respect. If you are blocking an Isle (which is approx 0.7 metres) wide, stocking shelfs. Do Not expect every customer to ask you to move. You should move for the customer, especially in these times of social distancing! After today it is the last time I will be using that co-op! Its a shame that a select few who work there with next to no manners. Pull them who work there with a good spirit down.
