Rude staff who don’t care about providing a good customer experience. Came in to ask if I could drop off a parcel. The woman at the counter was loudly watched a tv show on her phone. She responded saying no, I need to come back Friday. She didn’t really seem to care there was a customer asking for help with this, she just carried on watching her TV show and got visibly annoyed every time I had to ask a question because it was interrupting her show. Short answers for everything and the answers she provided were not even correct

Yodel drop off always not working. Called three times in last three weeks, however it is shown as active on yodel site, have these details not amended.

Despite being a relatively large corner shop, they manage to not stock anything, extremely limited range of products like drinks and tobacco. Fridges are all broken and have been for years, so everything is sold lukewarm and expired. Their cash machine charges £2 even to take out £5 Covid 19 - avoid this shop like the plague as that's what it will give you. None of the staff have ever worn masks and there is no social distancing, cleaning or other precautions taking place. This is probably why it seems to be a meeting point for the anti covid brigade, with almost no customers ever wearing a mask. This is all pretty shocking considering how many elderly people use this shop, I couldn't sleep at night if I ran this place. Contrary to what other reviews say, this is not a local run business at all, it is part of an international chain, similar to Amazon.

The people are so nice with you all the time. I don't buy many time but I like to see all the time the smile from them. I recommend this shop.
