I visited the store to buy a pillow and the service from the advisor Rita was absolutely excellent! She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I left with exactly what I needed and a big smile — truly five-star service! Highly recommend.
We came to the store to have a look at mattresses. Rita - the sales assistant at Reading store was very knowledgeable and nice, she showed us all options and provided great advice and we tried different options. Ultimately, we bought a mattress and some pillows. If it wasn't Rita, we would have not bought the mattress. Thank you Rita. The store manager in Reading was assisting at finalising the purchase and he was very nice to us and our children. It was lovely experience, we will recommend the store to all our friends. Thank you

The service here was great, they guided us through the options available and made the choices easy. The new bed and mattress were delivered on-time, the old bed removed for recycling, and the delivery guys constructed the new bed and removed all the packaging. We were very happy from start to finish.

Worst store in the area. Sales rep Rita is impossible and is looking to push high end product sales even if you dont need them. Once she hears you are not interested on what she forces you to buy, she just loose interest and wants you to leave the store. I asked for some specific model which she denied having in stock anywhere within the company. When I challenged her showing the same thing online and in stock, she was a bit embarassed. Avoid buying from the store, and I hope the management is reading this review and give Rita some training. She could be a millionare to buy a bed spending 2999 but all the customers are not, which she needs to understand. Leaving the store we went to Dreams, just 2 mins drive, and we were welcomed with a smile, great assistance, freedom to choose what we need and finally bought it.
Great service from Muhammad. So friendly and knowledgeable. Said what we wanted and was shown a couple of choices. He was really tuned in to what we were after so we brought the divan set we really wanted . Thank you Muhammad
DO NOT BUY FROM BENSONS - as you will see from all of the other reviews, they are taking your money and not fulfilling orders. My order is 5 months late and I've had 4 promised deliveries where no one has shown up and no one has communicated to me. The stress and admin is not worth it, trust me. Buy your bed elsewhere.
