   What a Joke, It's a Polish shop indeed! But putting some1 who doesn't speak English and it's not happy to help it's ridiculous! And just been informed that the lady who served me actually speaks some english!! I love Polish products and I've always shop here but there is a particular Lady who loves to be a Pain, she maked no effor to give any help with very simple things! She shouldn't be doing costumer service! In 7 years of England first time I've made a Bad review like this!

   I dont know who writes such negative opinions, but I am shopping at this store every week and all three ladis are lovely, kind and very helpful. The food is fresh and I never came across products out of day and even if something like this happens it is quite common even in Waitrose or M&S.

   I love this little shop. It reminds me of home. Very clean , filled with wonderful , fresh and quite a large variety of products. Every visit is a very pleasant experience. All the ladies working in this shop are very kind and polite and helpful and I would like to mention the manager. She is a wonderful person, just the right amount of kindness and professionalism, always with a smile on her face and she has learned greetings and to say thank you in the Romanian language. Thank you all. Best of luck. Ignore all the nasty comments. They couldn't be further from the truth .

   Lovely little place with a great selection of Polish meat (especially sausage) for a good price. As for hygiene there is a divider from the staff till and the customers, hand sanitizer is also provided. The one star reviews I have seen are from duplicate accounts posted at similar times with similar contents. That's just my observation make from that what you will :)

   Horrible service, basket taken from my hand and the women started to scan everything even though I was clearly still shopping. No way to communicate with the rude staff as they don't speak English. A small, dirty and crammed place, very different from the pictures on here which are taken from the shop in Woolston. If you're in a hurry and don't have time for customers just close the shop, or hire someone willing to provide a good customer experience.

   What a disgusting place. Rushed out to the till as the woman didn't fancy keeping the shop open anymore probably ( at 14.00 pm ), didn't speak a word of English, extremely rude. As for the shop itself it looks nothing like the photos on Google, expensive, nearly empty and no product variety. To that horrible woman: if you're the owner, you've got some serious issues, hire someone who's less miserable to do the job, if you're not the owner get going, go find a job somewhere far away from other people and maybe learn some manners in the meantime too. To the owners, whoever they might be : there are plenty of other polish shops around, if you don't stop treating your clients like this you'll lose all of your clients.
