   I knew I was going to be disappointed when trying to converse with the assistant who had great difficulty in understanding me. To add to my disappointment £29.99 for a bottle of Grouse! Far too expensive.

   The only place you should be going to buy booze in the Shirley area. Huge range to choose from and the friendly staff will order your favourite if you ask (if it is feasible). They also have an awesome selection of snacks to choose from.

   Only found this place after a mate took me in there after a night out. I'm so glad he did! This place is an absolute Mecca for alcohol, there are just so many types in here, it's incredible! I go for the ales and craft beers primarily of which they have a wide range of quality local offerings, as well as stuff from larger brewers like Cloudwater. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. Thoroughly recommend this place, just do yourself a favour and buy lots of different beers, rather than just the ones you know.

   Great beer selection, staff always very friendly and willing to recommend new stock. Good selection of standard off license staples as well as more interesting craft beers, with British, Belgian and Imported beers well represented. Buying 6 gets you a 10% discount too - makes it tempting to go for the extra couple! Beer on tap always changes too for carry-outs, which is a nice option.
